Come join us March 15th - 24th, 2012 for an adventure you will never forget.  We will spend 9 nights at the beautiful Little Cayman Beach Resort.  Here you will find yourself immersed in lush tropical foliage, the serenity of the natural beauty of the surrounding crystal blue Caribbean water, swaying palms, amazing sunsets and starry midnight skies. Whether you are looking for a place with superb diving or uncluttered beaches or to just relax in a tree shaded hammock, you’ll be amazed with all that the resort has to offer. 

As spectacular above the water as below, this vacation destination will satisfy the non divers as well.  In early 2009, the resort completed major room renovations to this popular dive resort. Guestroom upgrades include new furnishings inspired by tropical colors and textures, Caribbean themed artwork, newly decorated bathrooms, fixtures and flooring. These new surroundings have captured the warmth and beauty of Little Cayman.

Non-diving activities include biking, hiking, tennis, beach hammocks, spa, kayaking, hobie cat sailing, off-shore fishing, in-shore bone fishing and fly fishing, Little Cayman Museum, Little Cayman Marine Museum, National Trust House, and more!

Their internationally trained chefs feature menus including delicious seafood, island favorites and gourmet desserts.  Breakfast, lunch & dinner are served buffet style so guests can choose from a wide selection of dishes.  For example, our evening buffet typically comprises:

Reef Divers, the onsite dive operator, provides first-class “valet” service, top-rated equipment and a modern fleet of specially designed dive boats. Reef Divers’ boats depart from the Resort’s dive dock each day at 8:30 a.m. for a 2-Tank Morning Boat Dive, at 2:00 p.m. for a 1-Tank Afternoon Boat Dive and at 7:30 p.m. for a 1-Tank Night Boat Dive, on selected evenings each week.

• 100 different hard and soft corals and over 500 types of fish.

How do we get there? We are currently working to secure a group rates for airfare in hopes of reducing the costs. Currently roundtrip airfare from Minneapolis can be booked for $1000.
